Membership & Volunteer Opportunities

Please join us and help keep Miramont Castle, and Manitou Springs’ history alive! Your membership dues go directly to the Manitou Springs Historical Society, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization for the restoration, maintenance, and development of our Tours, Tea Room, Gift Shop, special events, and staff that keep us going. This membership fee is also tax deductible.

Annual Memberships:

• Individual: $75.00
  Includes Member’s free admission, and two free annual guest passes, membership card, online quarterly newsletter, a Gift Shop discount of 10%, and a Tea Room discount of 10%.
• Students and seniors (60+): $55.00
  Includes Member’s free admission, and two free annual guest passes, membership card, online quarterly newsletter, a Gift Shop discount of 10%, and a Tea Room discount of 10%.
• Family: $100.00
  Includes 2 free Member admissions, including their children under 18, with 4 free annual guest passes, membership card, online quarterly newsletter, a Gift Shop discount of 10%, and a Tea Room discount of 10%.
• Patron/Corporate: $400.00
  Includes 10 free admissions, membership cards, online quarterly newsletter, a Gift Shop discount of 20%, and a Tea Room discount of 20%.
• Lifetime: $500.00
  Includes 2 lifetime memberships with cards, 10 free guest passes annually, online quarterly newsletter, a Gift Shop discount of 25%, and a Tea Room discount of 25%.

Over ninety-five percent of the interior restoration is being accomplished with the help of civic clubs, groups, and individuals who are contributing their precious time as well as their love to this work.

A number of Colorado-based businesses, both large and small, have donated thousands of dollars worth of materials and/or very generous discounts which have greatly accelerated the restoration timetable.

A substantial part of the expenses involved are paid by donations, by special fund-raising events, and by tours of Miramont.
