Crème Tea - A pot of tea chosen from our extensive Tea Menu. Two freshly baked scones.
Princess/Prince Tea - Served in four courses: This tea is designed to be served alongside the adult teas, and is created for a child's palate and appetite.
Light Victorian Tea - Served in three courses: Freshly baked scone served with castle made toppings; Assortment of four tea sandwiches; and a tray of four fresh castle baked desserts. A single flavor of tea accompanies the Light Victorian Tea.
High Tea - Served in four courses: A freshly baked scone and three castle-made toppings; Seasonal array of fruit; Assortment of four tea sandwiches; and a tray of four castle baked desserts. Two flavors of tea accompanies the High Tea.
Fresh Baked Scone
Served with homemade Devonshire cream, butter infused with fresh herbs to compliment the flavor of your scone and jam.

Duchess of Bedford - Four open face tea sandwiches du jour
Sister Dindon duBrie - The classic pairing of pear and brie bring this hot turkey sandwich to savory heights.
Mother Mary Baptiste - BLT - Apple wood Bacon, ham, white cheddar, lettuce and tomato served with pesto mayonnaise.
Madame Francolon - Reuben - Our variation on the Reuben is an original! Pastrami, Swiss, Sauerkraut, Thousand Island Dressing served on Marble Rye.
Gillis Brothers - The Queen's homemade creation of chicken salad made with chicken breast and an array of delectable additions served on choice of bread.
