Miramont Castle Teas

Crème Tea - A pot of  tea chosen from our extensive Tea Menu. Two freshly baked scones served with 3 fresh castle-made toppings.
   
Princess/Prince Tea - (4-course)  Designed to be served alongside the adult teas, and is geared to a child's palate and appetite.
 
Light Victorian Tea - (3-course) Freshly baked scones served with castle made toppings; Assortment of finger sandwiches; and a dessert platter of castle-made sweets. A pot of tea accompanies the Light Victorian Tea.
 
High Tea - (4-course) Freshly baked scone and three castle-made toppings; Seasonal fruit array; Assortment of finger sandwiches; and a dessert platter of castle-made sweets. Choose two pots of tea from our 21 Teas and infusions.

Hot Castle Baked Scones

Served with organic preserves, homemade Devonshire cream, and butter infused with  fresh herbs to compliment the flavor of your scone.

Salads

Peggie's Salad - Fresh seasonal mixed greens, fruit, cheese, & nuts.

Dressings - Ranch, Caesar, Miramont Berry, or Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Castle Soup du Jour

House made soup prepared fresh daily. Ask your server for details

Duchess of Bedford - Open face tea sandwiches du jour

Father Francolon - Chicken Salad Sandwich - In-house roasted chicken breast, dried fruits, celery. Served on a Croissant or multi-grain bread.

Sister Dindon duBrie - Turkey Sandwich - The classic pairing of pear and brie bring this hot turkey sandwich to savory heights.

Mother Mary Baptiste - BLT - Spiral Ham, Maple Smoked Center cut Bacon, Sweet Cheddar, lettuce and tomato served with pesto mayonnaise.

Madame Francolon - Reuben - Our variation on the Reuben is an original! Pastrami, Swiss, Sauerkraut, Thousand Island Dressing served on Marble Rye.

*All lunch choices served with soup du jour or salad.
*There is a $2.50 up charge for gluten free bread requests.
